I think the reciprocal negotiation of what might a kind of ‘species time’ between our different measurements of change (diurnal, seasonal etc.) and the corporeal (generational) changes in the animals bodies is really interesting –– offers an insight into the temporalities of particular kinds of interspecies ‘biopower‘ (or maybe it’s not ‘biopower’ [pace Foucault] ..? This is an interesting argument too).

Sheep Time?

I’m always trying to figure out new ways of doing remote presentations so I was pretty excited when I was invited to prepare something that could be continually broadcast (or looped) during the Temporal Design: Surfacing Everyday Tactics of Time Workshop @ Design Informatics, Edinburgh University, 28 September, 2015.
